*Job Summary*

We are seeking an experienced Java Full Stack Lead with strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and React.js to lead the design, development, and delivery of enterprise-scale applications. The ideal candidate will have hands-on technical leadership experience, strong architectural skills, and the ability to mentor development teams while driving high-quality software delivery.

*Key Responsibilities*
Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable full-stack applications.
Architect and develop backend services using Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices.
Design and implement responsive, reusable, and high-performance user interfaces using React.js.
Collaborate with product managers, architects, business analysts, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Drive technical discussions, code reviews, and best practices across the development team.
Mentor and guide developers on design patterns, coding standards, and modern engineering practices.
Ensure application performance, scalability, security, and reliability.
Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and integrate with third-party systems.
Participate in architecture reviews and contribute to technology roadmap decisions.
Work closely with Dev Ops teams to support CI/CD implementation and cloud deployments.
Troubleshoot production issues and provide technical leadership during critical incidents.




Promote Agile/Scrum methodologies and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Strong hands-on experience in Java 8/11/17+
Expertise in Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Security
Robust experience with Microservices Architecture
REST API development and integration
Experience with Hibernate/JPA
Messaging technologies such as Kafka, RabbitMQ, or JMS
Knowledge of design patterns and object-oriented design principles

*Frontend*

Strong hands-on experience with React.js
Java Script (ES6+), Type Script
HTML5, CSS3, Responsive Web Design
State management using Redux/Context API
Experience with React Hooks and component-based architecture
Database
Strong SQL skills with databases such as:
Oracle
PostgreSQL
MySQL
SQL Server
Experience with NoSQL databases is a plus (MongoDB, Cassandra)
Cloud & Dev Ops
Experience with one or more cloud platforms:
AWS
Azure
GCP
CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Git Hub Actions, Git Lab CI
Docker and Kubernetes experience preferred

*Required Qualifications*

7+ years of software development experience.
2+ years of experience leading development teams or technical initiatives.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience working in large-scale enterprise environments.

Experience in domain-driven design (DDD).
Exposure to event-driven architecture.
Cloud-native application development experience.
Knowledge of security best practices and OAuth/JWT implementation.
