Great Manager Institute® | Mumbai (Lower Parel) | Full-time

ROLE OVERVIEW
You will own the live and community experience of the Great Managers' League: conceptualize and execute the CXO Conclaves, the Annual Summit and local meetups end to end, deliver every sponsor commitment, fill the room through delegate sales, and grow a premier community of senior people-leaders. For the right candidate, the role extends into media partnerships and monetization of GMI's media properties. Based on experience and level, you may also build a small 2-member team.

OBJECTIVE
Bring together people-managers and leaders who aim to build high-trust, high-performance cultures, through world-class events and a growing community.

PROPERTIES YOU WILL RUN
• CXO Conclave: Quarterly, invitation-only evening event across 4 cities (Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, and Pune or Hyderabad alternately), with 50+ CHROs, CXOs and senior leaders per city. You handle venue, speakers, theme research, curated guest list, run-of-show, on-ground delivery, sponsorship sales and sponsor branding.
• Great Managers' League® Summit: Annual flagship at Tata Theatre, NCPA Mumbai (800+ leaders attended), with keynotes, Great People Manager Awards, Leadership Factories of India recognition and a gala lunch. You handle budgeting, logistics, vendors, sponsorship and delegate sales, sponsor stalls, award-stage execution, production partner and P&L.;
• Local Meetups: Smaller community events through the year, from concept to execution.
• Leadership Podcast: 45–60 minute conversations with CHROs, CXOs and business leaders. You handle guest identification, scheduling, research and partner/sponsor deliverables.

• Support renewals and upsells by identifying opportunities from event feedback.

- Delegate Sales & Attendance
• Lead delegate sales and invitations to fill each event and create buzz.
• Curate guest lists of CHROs, CXOs and senior people leaders in each host city; manage invitations, RSVPs and follow-ups.
• Drive registrations via Whats App, email, Linked In and phone; track against targets and report on attendance quality and conversion.

- Community Building & Engagement
• Build and grow a premier leadership network with a transparent, differentiated value proposition.
• Keep it active through member spotlights, roundtables, peer circles, alumni touchpoints and content drops.
• Maintain the community CRM with accurate profiles, engagement history and segmentation.
• Collect member feedback and use it to improve events and programmes.

- Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Work with Research, Marketing, Sales, Content and Leadership to elevate the brand and member experience.
• Align events with study timelines and campaign calendars (Great People Manager Study release, ET supplements, award announcements).
• Provide photos, video and quotes for social media, newsletters and publications.
