Job Description:

- Participate in SAP S/4HANA TM implementation, rollout, and support activities.

- Gather business requirements, conduct workshops, and prepare AS-IS and TO-BE process documentation.

- Configure and support transportation planning, freight unit creation, and freight order management.

- Work on freight agreements, charge calculation, and freight settlement processes.

- Configure and support road, ocean, and air transportation processes, including stage building.

- Manage transportation master data, including Business Partners, locations, transportation zones, and relevant transportation roles.

- Support carrier selection, tendering, transportation execution, and shipment tracking.

- Integrate SAP TM with SAP SD, MM, FI, and WM/EWM modules.

- Prepare functional specifications, configuration documents, test scripts, and user documentation.

- Perform unit testing, integration testing, UAT support, defect resolution, and production support.

- Manage incidents and service requests using ticketing tools.

- Coordinate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and cross-functional SAP teams.
