Role Descriptions: Design| develop| integrate| and support real-time simulation solutions that improve drilling operations| operator training| equipment readiness| and digital engineering outcomes. The role will contribute to the simulation environment within the Nabors digital rig ecosystem| connecting high-fidelity visualization| physics-based behavior| industrial equipment| and engineering Engine 5| including real-time 3D visualization and application development Robust C++ development| debugging| object-oriented design| and performance optimization Hands-on simulation domain experience| including physics-based or real-time simulation Develop and maintain Unreal Engine applications for equipment| rig| operator-training| and digital-twin use cases. Build reusable C++ components| simulation logic| interfaces| and tools with strong engineering quality and maintainability. Translate operational and engineering scenarios into realistic real-time simulation behaviors and visual experiences. Integrate CAD and 3D engineering assets| preferably from Solid Works or comparable tools| and optimize them for simulation use. Implement physics| interactions| collision behavior| human-machine workflows| and scenario simulator components with control systems| industrial equipment| HMI/SCADA environments| or hardware-in-the-loop setups where applicable.



Diagnose functional| timing| stability| and performance issues across Windows-based simulation Git/Git Hub for source control| peer review| branching| build discipline| and traceable delivery. Create technical designs| test evidence| deployment notes| and support with controls| mechanical/CAD| robotics| platform| QA| product| and field stakeholders. Deliver from the India offshore engineering team with strong ownership| predictable execution| and effective overlap with Houston stakeholders. Provide remote integration support| concise daily progress/risk updates| and structured handoffs across time zones.
Essential Skills: India-based offshore role; city may be aligned to the approved delivery location and talent availability. Ability to maintain planned overlap with Houston working hours for ceremonies| technical reviews| and critical issue resolution. Disciplined remote collaboration| documentation| knowledge management| and transition support. Bachelors degree in Computer Science| Software Engineering| Electronics| Mechanical Engineering| Robotics| Game Technology| or a related discipline. Equivalent relevant experience may be considered.
