Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior EDICOM Consultant with 10+ years of expertise in B2B/EDI integration, e-Invoicing compliance solutions, and EDICOM platform implementation. The consultant will be responsible for designing, configuring, testing, and supporting EDICOM-based integrations, ensuring seamless exchange of business documents and regulatory compliance across global markets. The role requires deep technical expertise, solid problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently with business, SAP, and external partner teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end implementation and support of EDICOM EDI/e-Invoicing solutions.

- Design, configure, and maintain EDICOM mappings, templates, communication channels, and partner connectivity.

- Collaborate with SAP functional and technical teams to integrate EDICOM with SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA landscapes.

- Analyze business requirements and translate them into EDICOM integration solutions.

- Troubleshoot and resolve mapping, data transformation, connectivity, and compliance-related issues.

- Support SIT, UAT, cutover, go-live, and hypercare activities.

- Monitor transaction flows and proactively address processing failures and related issues.

Required Skills

- 10+ years of experience in EDI/B2B integration solutions.





- Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience with EDICOM platform implementations.

- Strong knowledge of:

- EDI standards (EDIFACT, ANSI X12, XML, IDoc).

- e-Invoicing and tax compliance processes.

- SAP IDoc integration and middleware concepts.

- Mapping, transformation, and partner onboarding.

- Communication protocols (AS2, SFTP, HTTPS, Web Services).

- Experience supporting large-scale global integration programs.

- Robust debugging, issue resolution, and performance optimization skills.

- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in European e-Invoicing compliance programs.

- Knowledge of SAP FI/CO, SD, MM, and Accounts Receivable/Payable processes.

- Exposure to multiple country-specific tax authority integrations.

- Experience working in regulated manufacturing, consumer goods, or supply chain environments.
