We are looking for an experienced and creatively driven Creative Manager with strong design, visual communication, and end-to-end creative production expertise. The ideal candidate will combine creative thinking with hands-on execution, managing projects from initial concept development and scripting through shoot production, post-production, and final delivery.

This role goes beyond graphic design and requires a professional who understands the complete creative production lifecycle, including pre-production planning, on-ground shoot coordination, video editing, and creative quality control. The candidate will also manage and coordinate with in-house designers, video editors, and other creative stakeholders to deliver compelling, high-quality content aligned with brand objectives.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end creative production, from concept development and scripting to shoot execution, post-production, and final delivery.
- Develop creative concepts, visual narratives, and content ideas aligned with brand objectives and target audiences.
- Write and review scripts, production briefs, storyboards, and other creative planning documents.
- Manage pre-production activities, including shoot planning, scheduling, location coordination, resource planning, and production preparation.
- Coordinate and manage on-ground shoots, ensuring smooth execution and adherence to creative requirements and timelines.
- Oversee post-production activities, including video editing, creative reviews, revisions, quality checks, and finalisation.
- Manage and coordinate with in-house graphic designers, video editors, and external production partners.
- Provide creative direction and constructive feedback to ensure high-quality visual storytelling and consistent brand communication.
- Review creative assets across formats to ensure accuracy, visual quality, consistency, and alignment with project objectives.




- Manage multiple creative projects simultaneously, prioritising tasks and allocating resources effectively.
- Collaborate with marketing, brand, content, and other teams to translate business requirements into impactful creative outputs.
- Track project progress, manage dependencies, resolve production challenges, and ensure timely delivery.
- Maintain clear communication across stakeholders throughout the creative production lifecycle.
- Identify opportunities to improve creative workflows, production efficiency, and overall output quality.
- Stay updated on evolving creative trends, visual storytelling techniques, video formats, and production practices.

What Makes You a Great Fit

- 5+ years of experience in creative production, creative management, content production, or a related field.
- Strong creative and design background with excellent visual communication and storytelling skills.
- Proven experience managing the complete creative production lifecycle, from concept to final execution.
- Hands-on experience in scriptwriting, production scripting, creative briefs, or storyboard development.
- Solid understanding of pre-production planning, shoot coordination, and production management.
- Experience managing on-ground shoots and coordinating with production crews, vendors, and creative teams.
- Good understanding of post-production workflows, video editing, creative reviews, and final output delivery.
- Experience managing or coordinating in-house designers, video editors, and other creative professionals.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects, timelines, and competing priorities.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain creative quality throughout execution.
- A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to balance creative vision and operational delivery.
- Proficiency in relevant design and video production tools is preferred.
