What to expect in your journey

· Manage end-to-end onboarding, from pre-joining coordination to handover to respective teams.

· Ensure timely completion of joining documentation and employee records.

· Initiate and track Background Verification (BGV) and reference checks.

· Coordinate orientation sessions, engagement meets, and onboarding activities.

· Collaborate with HR, IT, and hiring managers to ensure new hires have the necessary resources and role clarity.

· Address new hire queries and gather feedback to improve the onboarding experience.

· Maintain onboarding trackers, monitor progress, and prepare relevant reports.

· Handle confidential employee information with accuracy and discretion.

What you bring to the table

· Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in employee onboarding or HR operations.

· Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.

· Solid communication, coordination, and organizational skills.

· Proficiency in HRIS, onboarding tools, and MS Office.

· Ability to multitask and maintain confidentiality.

Shift

· Working Hours: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM or 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM
