Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

Contract Management-Draft, review, negotiate, and finalize commercial agreements, including vendor agreements, service agreements, NDAs, licensing agreements, manufacturing agreements, and other business contracts.

Identify legal risks and provide practical recommendations to mitigate such risks.

Maintain and manage contract repositories and track contractual obligations.

Legal Advisory-Provide legal advice and support to various business functions on day-to-day operational matters.

Assist in structuring transactions and evaluating legal implications of business decisions.

Interpret laws, regulations, and contractual provisions for internal stakeholders.

Compliance & Regulatory-Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.

Support implementation and monitoring of compliance programs.

Coordinate with external counsel and regulatory authorities as required.





Litigation & Dispute Management-Assist in handling litigation, arbitration, consumer complaints, and regulatory proceedings.

Coordinate with external lawyers on ongoing cases.

Review legal notices and prepare responses.

Intellectual Property- Assist in the protection and management of trademarks, copyrights, and other intellectual property assets.

Coordinate filing, renewal, and enforcement activities with external IP counsel.

Corporate Secretarial Support- Support corporate governance and statutory compliance activities.

Assist in maintaining legal and corporate records.
