Through immersive challenges and real-world financial scenarios, IFI explores how people think, prioritize, and make decisions under time pressure. The show focuses on revealing character and decision-making skills when stakes are high and the clock is ticking.

IFI invites participants and viewers across India to engage with money in a dynamic, game-like environment. The mission is to discover and showcase “India’s Money Rockstar” while inspiring better financial decision-making.

Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a JavaScript Developer supporting India’s Future Investors digital platforms. The JavaScript Developer will build, enhance, and maintain front-end interfaces and back-end services for web applications that power the show’s interactive experiences. Day-to-day responsibilities include writing clean, reusable code, integrating APIs, optimizing performance, and collaborating with designers, product stakeholders, and other developers.

The role also involves troubleshooting issues, implementing recent features, ensuring cross-browser compatibility,



and maintaining high standards for security and reliability. The developer will contribute to scalable solutions that engage users before, during, and after the show.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in JavaScript and modern front-end development practices.
- Candidates should possess skills in Front-End Development, including responsive UI implementation and cross-browser compatibility.
- Candidates should possess skills in Back-End Web Development and Software Development, with experience in building and integrating APIs.
- Candidates should possess skills in state management libraries such as Redux.js for building interactive and data-driven interfaces.
- Experience with modern web frameworks (e.g., React, Vue, or similar), version control (Git), and RESTful services is beneficial.
- Ability to write clean, maintainable code, follow best practices, and work effectively in a remote, collaborative environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and an interest in entertainment or fintech products are advantageous.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience is preferred.
