Role Description This full-time remote Insurance Agent role is focused on helping customers understand and choose suitable insurance products. Day-to-day responsibilities include explaining policy features, comparing options, and guiding customers through the purchase process.

The Insurance

Agent will handle inquiries, provide personalized recommendations, and support customers in claims-related questions. The role also involves maintaining accurate records,



following compliance guidelines, and meeting individual and team sales targets while ensuring a positive customer experience in every interaction.

Qualifications

- Strong insurance and insurance brokerage skills, with the ability to explain policy terms and coverage clearly.
- Proficiency in insurance sales and finance concepts to recommend appropriate products based on customer needs.
- Excellent customer service skills, including active listening, empathy, and qualified communication.
- Ability to work effectively in a remote environment, manage time well, and use digital tools for communication and documentation.
- Prior experience in insurance, financial services, or related fields is preferred.
- Comfort with targets and performance metrics, with a focus on ethical and compliant sales practices.
- Minimum of a high school diploma; a degree in business, finance, or a related discipline is an advantage.
