Role Description The Independent Business Consultant is a full-time, hybrid role based in New Delhi, with flexibility for some work-from-home. The consultant will engage with clients to understand their business challenges, analyze current operations, and recommend practical solutions aligned with Bada Business frameworks and programs. Daily activities include conducting business assessments, preparing presentations and reports, facilitating training or workshops, and guiding clients on growth strategies in areas such as sales, marketing, finance, and operations.

The role involves regular communication with internal teams, attending strategy meetings,



and staying updated on Bada Business course content and tools to effectively advise clients. The consultant will also support client onboarding, track outcomes, and help strengthen long-term client relationships.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess robust Analytical Skills to evaluate business performance, identify gaps, and interpret data-driven insights.
- Candidates should possess Consulting and Management Consulting skills to diagnose client needs, design interventions, and deliver actionable recommendations.
- Candidates should possess Communication skills to present complex ideas clearly, conduct client meetings, and collaborate with internal stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess Finance-related skills to understand financial statements, assess profitability, and support clients in making sound business decisions.
- Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business, Management, Finance, or a related field are preferred.
- Experience working with SMEs or in advisory roles, along with familiarity with Indian business environments, is beneficial.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple client engagements, and maintain professional integrity in a consulting setting.
- Comfort with digital tools, online learning platforms, and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) to create reports and presentations.
