Position Summary The Project Manager will own end-to-end delivery of IT infrastructure projects, including data center builds, structured cabling, network and wireless deployments, and AV/physical security installations (CCTV, Access Points, and Time Clock systems) across multiple customer sites. The role is responsible for ensuring timely, high-quality project delivery while managing project schedules, budgets, technical resources, and customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Project Delivery & Ownership

- Manage end-to-end execution of data center builds, structured cabling, network deployments, and AV/physical security installations.
- Own project timelines, milestones, budgets, and deliverables from kickoff through completion and handover.

Site Surveys & Progress Monitoring

- Manage on-site surveys to validate project scope, technical requirements, and site readiness.
- Monitor project progress, ensuring deployments meet agreed timelines and quality standards.
- Identify and resolve project delays, risks, dependencies, and scope-related issues.

Resource & Team Coordination

- Allocate qualified technicians, survey engineers, and installers according to project requirements.
- Manage resource schedules and coordinate activities across multiple sites and concurrent projects.
- Coordinate with internal teams, field technicians, subcontractors, and customers to ensure smooth delivery.

Quality & Customer Satisfaction

- Ensure installation quality meets agreed technical standards and customer requirements.




- Manage customer expectations, address escalations, and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.
- Conduct quality checks and coordinate project handovers, documentation, and customer sign-offs.

Pre-Sales & Commercial Support

- Support RFP/RFQ/RFI responses by defining project scope, technical resource requirements, and staffing plans.
- Assess project feasibility, resource availability, timelines, and costs during the proposal stage.
- Monitor project budgets, track expenses, and support invoicing and financial reporting.

Requirements

- 5 to 6 years of project management experience within a global Managed IT Services or IT infrastructure workplace.
- Proven experience managing end-to-end technical or field installation projects, preferably in data centers, structured cabling, networking, or AV/physical security systems.
- Strong stakeholder management skills across internal teams, field technicians, subcontractors, and customers.
- Experience managing site surveys, project schedules, resource allocation, and progress reporting.
- Familiarity with RFP/RFQ processes, project budgeting, and technical staffing plans.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and multi-site project management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills; German is an advantage.
- Willingness to travel to customer sites as required.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or an equivalent project management certification is an advantage.
