? Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in recruitment, candidate sourcing, and resume screening.
- Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates.
- Manage job postings on LinkedIn and other recruitment platforms.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Support onboarding, HR documentation, and employee coordination.
- Assist with daily HR operations and reporting.
? Eligibility Criteria:
- Pursuing or recently completed BBA, MBA (HR), BA, B.Sc., or a related degree.
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.
- Willingness to learn and work in a remote environment.
