Role Description This is a full-time, in office HVAC role based in the Pune Division. The HVAC professional will install, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems, following safety standards and company procedures. Daily tasks include performing diagnostic checks, troubleshooting equipment issues, carrying out preventive maintenance, and supporting basic plumbing work as needed.

The role also involves responding to service requests, documenting work performed, coordinating with team members, and communicating clearly with customers about findings, recommendations, and next steps.



The position requires adherence to schedules, accurate recordkeeping, and a strong commitment to safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong HVAC skills, including installation, maintenance, and repair of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.
- Candidates should possess effective Troubleshooting skills to diagnose mechanical, electrical, and control issues in HVAC equipment.
- Candidates should possess Preventive Maintenance skills, including inspections, cleaning, and routine servicing to extend equipment life.
- Candidates should possess basic Plumbing skills to support related mechanical and piping work as required.
- Candidates should possess solid Customer Service skills, including clear communication, professionalism, and respect for client property.
- Relevant technical diploma or certification in HVAC or mechanical trades is preferred.
- Knowledge of safety regulations, use of hand and power tools, and ability to read technical diagrams is beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in the Pune Division, manage physical tasks, and collaborate effectively with team members.
