Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

- Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes, including posting job openings and scheduling interviews.
- Handle employee relations tasks, such as organizing team-building activities and resolving conflicts.
- Support the HR team in maintaining employee records and updating HR databases.
- Assist in conducting training sessions and workshops for employees.
- Aid in performance management processes, including performance evaluations and goal-setting.
- Collaborate with the HR team on developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
- Provide administrative support to the HR department as needed.
