Role Description The Human Resources Manager at Skillofy_AI is a full time, remote role responsible for overseeing end-to-end HR operations and supporting a distributed, high-growth team. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing recruitment and onboarding processes, partnering with hiring managers to define role requirements, and ensuring a smooth candidate experience. The role includes developing and implementing HR policies, managing performance review cycles, and supporting employee engagement, well-being,



and retention initiatives.

The Human Resources

Manager will handle employee relations, maintain compliance with labor laws and company standards, and manage HR data, documentation, and HRIS tools. This role also collaborates with leadership to support workforce planning, learning and development initiatives, and a culture aligned with Skillofy_AI’s mission and values.

Qualifications

- Experience with core HR functions, such as recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
- Skills in HR policy development, HR operations, and compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Ability to use HRIS tools, applicant tracking systems, and standard productivity software to manage HR processes and data.
- Strong communication, conflict resolution, and stakeholder management skills to support a remote and cross-functional workforce.
- Experience in designing or supporting learning and development, career progression, and talent management programs.
- Proven ability to work independently in a remote setting, prioritize multiple initiatives, and maintain confidentiality and discretion.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or a related field; relevant HR certifications (e.g., SHRM, HRCI) are a plus.
- Prior experience as an HR Manager or equivalent role in a tech, startup, or education/edtech environment is highly beneficial.
