We’re hiring an HR Intern to support recruitment and people operations across early-stage startups.

This is not a passive internship.

This is for someone who wants to understand real hiring dynamics in growing companies.

About The Role

You’ll work directly on live hiring mandates across different industries and startup stages.

You won’t just “post jobs.”

You will

- Source candidates (LinkedIn, Naukri, referrals, etc.)
- Screen resumes and shortlist profiles
- Conduct initial HR screening calls
- Coordinate interviews
- Maintain candidate tracking sheets
- Follow up with candidates and hiring managers
- Assist in building hiring pipelines





Compensation Structure - This is performance based pay internship, The pay depends on the number of roles closed per month. The pay can vary from 100 - 500 per role. With 100+ requirements. May convert into a paid full time role based on performance for the first 3 months.
