Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
- Talent Sourcing: Source and identify potential candidates through Internshala, LinkedIn, job portals, and other recruitment platforms.
- Candidate Screening: Review applications, shortlist suitable profiles, and conduct initial screening based on role requirements.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule interviews, coordinate AI interview assessments, and follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Recruitment Tracking: Maintain and update candidate databases, hiring trackers, interview status, and daily recruitment reports.
- Hiring Closures: Follow up with shortlisted candidates, coordinate documentation and joining formalities, and work towards achieving monthly hiring targets.
