We cater exclusively to high-end corporate groups, VVIP delegations, international inbound tourists, and luxury travelers.

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly aggressive, result-oriented, and networked General Manager / Business Head to scale our corporate pipeline and streamline regional operations. The ideal candidate must have a proven track record in luxury hospitality or B2B travel sales, with a passion for driving massive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

- B2B Lead Generation: Secure exclusive corporate, VVIP, and bulk event tie-ups with 4-star/5-star luxury hotels, boutique resorts, and premium homestays across Varanasi, Ayodhya, and Prayagraj.
- OTA & DMC Partnerships: Manage and optimize commercial partnerships with major OTA corporate desks (MMT, Yatra, Goibibo) and luxury Inbound Destination Management Companies (DMCs).
- Revenue Optimization:



Drive strategic pricing and booking consistency to achieve a aggregate monthly sales target of ₹12 Lakhs to ₹15 Lakhs across the three regional circuits.
- Operations & Compliance: Manage local crew, driver discipline, inventory coordination, and smooth coordination with local regulatory authorities (ADA, Mela Pradhikaran).
- MIS Reporting: Deliver weekly operational reviews and revenue pipelines directly to the Founder.

Requirements

- Experience: 4–7 years in Hotel Sales, Luxury Hospitality Management, or B2B Travel Operations (Experience in Taj, Radisson, Ramada, or top DMCs preferred).
- Network: Prior established relationship with corporate travel desks and hotel general managers in the UP/Bihar tourism circuit.
- Skills: Robust command over operational leadership, vendor negotiation, and fluent communication. Willingness to travel regionally across the three spots.
