Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Fashion Consultant role based in Jaipur.

The Fashion

Consultant will engage directly with customers, offering personalized styling advice and product recommendations that align with Da Milano’s luxury positioning. Day-to-day responsibilities include greeting and assisting customers, explaining product features and care, maintaining in-depth knowledge of current collections, and ensuring an elevated store experience. The role involves supporting sales targets, handling billing and exchanges,



maintaining visual merchandising standards, and collaborating with the store team to optimize customer satisfaction.

The Fashion

Consultant will also stay updated on fashion trends and brand guidelines to represent Da Milano’s aesthetic consistently.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Product Knowledge and an interest in luxury leather accessories.
- Candidates should possess Fashion Consulting skills, with an ability to offer styling advice and curate looks for diverse customers.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including clear verbal interaction and active listening.
- Candidates should possess Customer Service skills, with a focus on creating a welcoming, inclusive, and professional workplace.
- Candidates should possess Sales skills, including the ability to identify customer needs, upsell, and meet store targets.
- Relevant qualifications such as prior retail or fashion consulting experience, familiarity with POS systems, and basic computer literacy are beneficial.
- A strong sense of style, attention to detail, and the ability to work flexible retail hours, including weekends and holidays, are preferred.
