Role Description The Executive Vice President (EVP) is a contract, remote role responsible for driving strategic growth, operational excellence, and market expansion for HPIPL’s smart parking solutions. The EVP will oversee key business functions, including strategy development, business planning, and performance management across product lines and regions. This role involves collaborating with the executive leadership team to shape corporate direction, optimize processes, and align technology, engineering, and sales efforts with long-term objectives.

The EVP will build and manage high-performing teams, develop strategic partnerships,



and engage with major clients and stakeholders to support large-scale infrastructure and smart city projects. The position also requires monitoring industry trends, identifying new opportunities, and ensuring that innovation, sustainability, and customer service remain central to HPIPL’s growth.

Qualifications

- Strategic leadership and management skills, including experience in setting vision, defining business strategy, and leading cross-functional teams.
- Robust background in infrastructure, engineering, urban mobility, or technology-driven products, preferably in parking systems or related smart-city solutions.
- Proven track record in business development, sales leadership, and managing key accounts or partnerships in India and international markets.
- Financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, P&L; oversight, and performance analysis for complex projects and portfolios.
- Experience in remote leadership, stakeholder communication, and collaboration with diverse internal and external partners.
- Understanding of automation, digital platforms, and sustainable practices relevant to modern infrastructure and mobility solutions.
- Excellent negotiation, decision-making, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to operate in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment.
- Advanced degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Management, or a related field is preferred; significant leadership experience in lieu of formal education will be considered.
