Company Description Three Thirty runs after-school clubs across schools in London, led by specialist instructors in everything from fencing and robotics to street art and cooking. Our sessions are fun, inclusive and open to every child. We help children find what they love, build confidence and try things they’d never have tried otherwise.
The role
You'll support the founder day to day and work across the whole business. No two weeks look the same.
You'll cover:
- Executive support: managing the founder's diary, inbox and priorities so the week runs smoothly
- Operations: keeping clubs, schedules and staffing on track
- Recruitment: finding, vetting and onboarding excellent instructors
- Marketing and copywriting: social posts, emails, website copy and parent comms
- Sales support: helping build relationships with schools and follow up new partnerships
This is a hands-on role with real responsibility from day one.
Who you are
- You’re proactive. You see what needs doing and get on with it, no reminder needed.
- You thrive in the deep end. When you’re handed something you’ve never done before,
you figure it out.
- You’re a true all-rounder. You’re as happy sorting the founder’s diary in the morning as chasing a sales lead in the afternoon.
- You’re a clear writer and a confident communicator, whether you’re emailing a head teacher or calling a coach.
- You’re seriously organised. Nothing slips through the cracks, and you flag problems before they become problems.
- You’re reliable and discreet. You can be trusted with sensitive information and with the founder’s time.
