About The Role

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven SDR/BDR with experience in the North American market. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, confidence in engaging with potential clients, and the ability to generate qualified leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.

Please note: This is an on-site role based in Hinjewadi Phase 1, Pune.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate qualified leads and schedule meetings for the sales team by identifying and engaging prospective clients in the North American region.
- Research and identify potential businesses and decision makers that align with the company's target market.
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients and assess their business needs and potential fit.
- Qualify leads based on defined business requirements and sales criteria.
- Maintain accurate records of calling activities, lead information, and prospect interactions.
- Work towards assigned lead generation, appointment-setting, and performance targets.

Required Skills And Qualifications

- Minimum 1+ year of hands-on calling experience in the North American market is mandatory.




- Prior experience in lead generation, appointment setting, or outbound sales calling.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Confidence in communicating with international clients and engaging business decision-makers.
- Strong prospecting, lead qualification, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve performance targets.
- Willingness to work on-site in Hinjewadi Phase 1, Pune, during the specified shift timings.
- Experience Required: 1+ years
- Shift Timing: 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM IST
- Target Market: North America
