: Network Support Engineer The Network Support Engineer (L2) plays a crucial role in ensuring the reliability and security of our network infrastructure. This position is responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting network issues, and implementing network solutions that align with the organization's goals.

Key Responsibilities

- Technical Support and Troubleshooting
- Provide Level 2 technical support for NAC Solution Aruba ClearPass, Cisco ISE .
- Multi vendor switches majorly Aruba , HP and Cisco and related network components.
- Troubleshoot authentication and authorization issues (802.1X, MAC auth, Captive Portal, RADIUS, TACACS+).
- Resolve endpoint profiling, posture, and OnGuard agent-related issues.
- Handle switch-related issues — VLAN, STP, LLDP, stacking, PoE, routing (static/dynamic), link aggregation, and interface configuration.
- Analyze and resolve role-based VLAN assignment and DHCP/DNS-related connectivity issues.
- Collaborate with L3/TAC or OEM (Aruba) for unresolved or critical escalations.

- Configuration and Implementation





- Configure and maintain Aruba ClearPass or Cisco ISE services, including policies, authentication sources, roles, and posture policies.
- Perform configuration backups, restore procedures, and system updates for Aruba ClearPass or Cisco ISE and switches.
- Assist in the deployment of Aruba CX switches, access layer switches, and Network Access Control (NAC) solutions or other vendor switches like Cisco, Fortinet.
- Implement and test new network policies, VLAN segmentation, and 802.1X authentication.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in network support and troubleshooting.
- Solid understanding of network protocols and security practices.
- Experience with Aruba ClearPass, Cisco ISE, and related technologies.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNA, Aruba Certified Mobility Associate) are preferred.
