About the RoleRead a single-line diagram with ease? Help power renewable energy.As an Electrical Engineering Analyst, you will join our US-based renewable energy client's electricalengineering team. You will review drawings and records, organise compliance evidence, and supportoutage planning and root cause analysis.Final engineering decisions, switching authority, and compliance ownership stay with the client'sengineers at first.

Your responsibilities will grow as you build experience.

What You'll DoDocuments & Compliance• Review single-line diagrams, schematics, relay records, test reports, and equipment drawings.• Collect, organise, and quality-check records used as compliance evidence.• Maintain evidence trackers, document indexes, equipment lists, and action logs.• Update redline logs, drawing registers, and equipment databases.• Find missing or outdated documents and follow up with the responsible engineer.

Analysis & Outages• Build event timelines from drawings, alarms, relay targets, work history, and test results.• Carry out basic data reviews and comparisons under an engineer's direction.• Prepare draft event summaries, issue lists, technical tables,



and presentations.• Review work scopes and documents to support outage planning.• Track engineering actions before, during, and after outages.

Quality & Escalation• Check consultant and contractor deliverables for completeness.• Escalate safety, protection, compliance, or reliability concerns to the client's engineer.

What You BringMust-Haves• Degree in electrical, power, or a related engineering field.

- 2+ years of work experience in a related field.
- Basic understanding of three-phase systems, transformers, switchgear, protection and control, grounding, and MV/HV systems.
- Ability to read single-line diagrams, schematics, data sheets, and technical reports.
- Solid analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
- Clear written English and short, clear technical summaries.
- Good skills in spreadsheets and standard office software.

Good to Have• Experience in utilities, renewable generation, substations, industrial power, or consulting engineering.• Exposure to compliance documents, protection systems, relay event records, or root cause analysis.• Experience with CAD viewers, power system analysis tools, or maintenance systems.• Familiarity with outage planning or equipment maintenance records.
