About SYORA

SYORA is a growing premium women’s footwear brand focused on style, elegance, quality, and comfort. We’re looking for a responsible, detail-oriented, and proactive individual to manage our e-commerce marketplace and daily store operations.

? Key Responsibilities

1. Product Listing & Catalogue Management

- Create and manage listings on Myntra, Amazon, Flipkart, Ajio, and other marketplaces.
- Upload product images, descriptions, sizes, colours, and pricing.
- Update catalogues and resolve listing errors or rejections.

2. Marketplace Operations

- Manage seller dashboards, orders, cancellations, returns, and exchanges.
- Ensure timely order processing and dispatch.
- Coordinate with marketplace support and logistics partners.

3. Inventory & Stock Management

- Maintain accurate stock records by style, size, and colour.
- Update inventory across platforms to prevent overselling.
- Conduct physical stock checks and track stock movements.

4. Packaging & Dispatch

- Pick, inspect, and pack orders according to brand standards.
- Verify product quality, size, colour, and quantity.
- Prepare invoices, shipping labels, and dispatch documents.
- Coordinate courier pickups and ensure timely shipments.

5. Returns & Quality Control





- Inspect returned products for damage, defects, or sizing issues.
- Maintain return records and update inventory.
- Handle exchanges and resolve product-related issues.

6. Reporting & Store Operations

- Maintain daily order, dispatch, return, and inventory reports.
- Use Excel or Google Sheets for operational tracking.
- Support daily store activities and improve operational efficiency.

? Required Skills & Qualifications

✅ Minimum 6 months of relevant e-commerce or retail operations experience.

✅ Familiarity with Myntra, Amazon, Flipkart, Ajio, or similar seller platforms.

✅ Knowledge of product listing, inventory, order processing, and dispatch.

✅ Basic MS Excel / Google Sheets skills.

✅ Strong organisational, communication, and problem-solving abilities.

✅ Comfortable with both computer-based and hands-on store operations.

✅ Available to work full time, on-site in Jagatpura, Jaipur.

Preferred: Experience in footwear, fashion, apparel, marketplace seller operations, or order fulfilment.
