Role Description The E-Commerce Listing and Digital Content creator is a full-time on-site role focused on managing product listings and digital content across online sales channels. In this position, the person will create, update, and optimize product listings with accurate descriptions, specifications, and pricing, ensuring consistency with brand and marketplace standards. Day-to-day tasks include writing and refining content for product pages, organizing product data, uploading images and assets,



and maintaining catalog accuracy.

The role also involves monitoring listing performance, making adjustments to improve visibility and conversion, and collaborating with sales or operations teams to ensure timely updates. The executive may assist with basic digital marketing activities such as keyword optimization, promotional content, and coordination of listing changes during campaigns.

Qualifications

- Experience with e-commerce product listing management, including catalog maintenance, data entry, and marketplace best practices.
- Robust digital content skills, such as writing clear product descriptions, creating concise feature summaries, and organizing technical specifications.
- Proficiency with online marketplaces and e-commerce platforms (e.g., Amazon Seller Central or similar tools) and basic knowledge of SEO for product listings.
