Role Description The Digital Marketing & AI Executive – Growth & Customer Acquisition role is a full-time, on-site position based in Indore. This role focuses on driving brand awareness, customer acquisition, and engagement for Arham Architects through digital channels and AI-powered tools. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning and executing social media campaigns, managing online marketing initiatives, analyzing web and campaign performance data, and optimizing digital strategies for lead generation.

The role involves creating and refining content suited for multiple platforms, coordinating with the design and sales teams,



and using analytics and AI-based insights to improve target reach and conversion rates. The executive will also monitor industry trends, test recent growth strategies, and report on key performance metrics to support business expansion.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Social Media Marketing and Online Marketing for growth and customer acquisition.
- Candidates should possess core Digital Marketing skills, including campaign planning, execution, and optimization across digital channels.
- Candidates should possess Web Analytics skills to track performance, interpret data, and make data-driven recommendations.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills for collaborating with internal teams and engaging with prospective clients.
- Experience using AI or marketing automation tools (e.g., chatbots, recommendation engines, ad optimization tools) is highly beneficial.
- Knowledge of interior design or architecture industry marketing, or willingness to learn quickly, is preferred.
