Role Description The Digital Marketing Expert will work full time on-site at the New Delhi office, planning, executing, and optimizing campaigns across digital channels. Daily responsibilities include managing social media platforms, running paid and organic campaigns, tracking performance metrics, and refining strategies based on data insights. The role involves coordinating with sales and marketing teams to align campaigns with business objectives, creating and reviewing content for digital channels, and maintaining consistent brand messaging.

and propose recent initiatives to improve lead generation, engagement, and conversion.

Qualifications

- Strong Marketing and Marketing Strategy skills, with experience developing and executing integrated campaigns.
- Proficiency in Social Media Marketing across major platforms, including content planning and performance tracking.
- Effective Communication skills for collaborating with internal teams and presenting campaign results.
- Understanding of Sales processes and the ability to support lead generation and funnel optimization.
- Experience with digital analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media insights) and data-driven decision-making.
- Ability to work on-site in New Delhi and collaborate in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Relevant experience in digital marketing; a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
- Familiarity with SEO, SEM, email marketing, and basic design or content tools is an advantage.
