Role Description This is a full time remote role for a Database Developer at India’s Future Investors.

The Database

Developer will design, develop, and maintain databases that support show operations, participant data, financial scenarios, and analytics. Day-to-day tasks include creating and optimizing database schemas, writing efficient queries and stored procedures, and implementing ETL processes to integrate data from multiple sources. The role also involves collaborating with production, analytics, and technology teams to ensure data accuracy, performance, and security,



as well as troubleshooting issues and improving data workflows.

The Database

Developer will contribute to building reliable data infrastructure that powers insights, reporting, and decision-making for the show.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Database Development and Database Design for building scalable, secure, and efficient data structures.
- Candidates should possess skills in Database Administration to manage performance, backups, security, and operational reliability.
- Candidates should possess skills in Extract Transform Load (ETL) and Analytical Skills to integrate, cleanse, and analyze data from diverse sources.
- Experience with relational database systems (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server) and proficiency in SQL is highly beneficial.
- Familiarity with cloud-based databases or data platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and version control tools is an advantage.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and capacity to work independently in a remote, cross-functional environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
