Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida Extension for a combined position of Content Writer, Social Media Manager, and Sales Executive. Day-to-day tasks include researching and writing high-quality web content, blogs, scripts, and marketing copy aligned with client requirements and brand voice. The role involves planning and managing social media calendars, creating posts and captions, engaging with audiences, and monitoring performance across platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Facebook.

The Sales

Executive responsibilities include identifying potential clients, responding to inquiries, presenting services, following up on leads,



and maintaining relationships to drive business growth. The position requires close collaboration with the internal team and clients, adherence to deadlines, and proactive contribution of ideas for content, campaigns, and sales strategies.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Writing and Web Content Writing skills for blogs, articles, scripts, and marketing copy.
- Candidates should possess solid Research and Content Strategy skills to plan topics, understand audiences, and align content with business goals.
- Candidates should possess accurate Proofreading and editing skills to ensure clarity, consistency, and error-free deliverables.
- Candidates should have experience managing social media platforms, creating content calendars, and analyzing engagement metrics.
- Candidates should have basic sales and client relationship skills, including lead generation, pitching services, and follow-up communication.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Hindi proficiency is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Noida, manage multiple projects, and meet tight deadlines.
- Prior experience in a content agency, publishing, or digital marketing environment is preferred.
- A bachelor’s degree in Communications, English, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field is beneficial but not mandatory with solid portfolio evidence.
