- Ensure coding accuracy and compliance with coding guidelines.
- Identify coding errors and resolve documentation-related issues.
- Follow healthcare industry standards and payer guidelines.
- Coordinate with the billing team to resolve coding-related queries.
Requirements
- CPC certification is mandatory.
- Minimum 4 years of medical coding experience.
- Good knowledge of ICD-10-CM, CPT, and HCPCS coding.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and analytical skills.
