Role Description The Corporate Sales Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram. This position is responsible for identifying and pursuing new corporate clients, nurturing existing relationships, and promoting the company’s business travel and MICE services. Day-to-day tasks include prospecting and lead generation, preparing proposals and presentations, coordinating with operations and event teams, and managing the sales pipeline to meet revenue targets.

The role also involves negotiating contracts,



maintaining accurate sales records, and providing post-sales support to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.

Qualifications

- Strong sales, business development, and client relationship management skills, with the ability to meet and exceed targets.
- Solid communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, including the ability to engage confidently with corporate decision-makers.
- Organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail in handling multiple accounts, proposals, and deadlines.
- Basic proficiency in MS Office tools and CRM or sales management software for tracking leads and reporting activity.
- Prior experience in corporate travel, hospitality, or event/MICE sales is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Gurugram, collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, and adapt to a fast-paced setting.
