Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Commission Sales Associate role based in Bengaluru.

The Commission Sales

Associate is responsible for welcoming customers, understanding their needs, and recommending suitable products to drive sales. Day-to-day tasks include assisting with product selection and styling, explaining features and pricing, processing transactions, and ensuring a clean, organized sales floor. The role also involves building repeat business through follow-up, maintaining product knowledge, supporting visual merchandising, and meeting individual and store sales targets.

The associate will collaborate with the store team to deliver consistent, high-quality service and contribute to an inclusive,



professional work environment.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess solid customer service and relationship-building skills, including the ability to engage with diverse customers and provide personalized assistance.
- Candidates should possess sales and negotiation abilities, with a focus on meeting targets, handling objections professionally, and promoting add-on and cross-selling.
- Candidates should possess clear verbal communication skills in English and local languages, along with confident presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Candidates should possess basic retail operations skills, such as handling billing, managing cash or digital payments, and maintaining store cleanliness and organization.
- Candidates should possess an interest in fashion and styling, with the ability to learn product details and advise customers on outfits, fits, and trends.
- Candidates should possess reliability and a strong work ethic, including punctuality, willingness to work retail shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Prior experience in fashion retail or showroom sales is beneficial, but motivated candidates with transferable customer-facing experience are encouraged to apply.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred; additional training in retail, sales, or fashion merchandising is an advantage.
