Role Description The Manager – Sales role at POL Group is a full-time, on-site position based in Chennai. This role is responsible for driving business growth by identifying new customers, nurturing existing client relationships,



and promoting POL’s freight forwarding and logistics services. Day-to-day activities include developing sales strategies, preparing and presenting proposals, negotiating contracts and pricing, and coordinating closely with operations and customer service teams to ensure delivery of promised solutions. The Manager – Sales will monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales plans and achieve revenue and profitability targets. This role also involves maintaining accurate sales forecasts and reports, representing the company at industry events, and contributing to continuous improvement of sales processes and customer experience.
