Support Spectent's growth engine by identifying, researching, and qualifying prospective clients. This role is ideal for individuals who are articulate, driven, and eager to build a career in B2B sales.
Key Responsibilities
• Research and identify potential client organizations that match Spectent's ideal customer profile
• Execute targeted outreach campaigns via email, phone calls, and LinkedIn
• Qualify inbound and outbound leads to build a healthy sales pipeline
• Schedule discovery calls and demos for the senior sales team
• Maintain accurate records of all outreach activities and lead status in the CRM
• Collaborate with marketing to align messaging and campaigns with sales objectives
Required Skills & Qualifications
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Confidence and professionalism in cold outreach and prospecting
• Basic understanding of B2B sales cycles and lead qualification processes
• Research skills to identify decision-makers and company fit
• Self-motivated with a target-oriented and results-driven mindset
Valuable to Have
• Prior experience in telecalling, sales internship, or client-facing roles
• Familiarity with tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, or similar CRMs
• Interest in technology products and enterprise SaaS
