Role Description

The Growth Marketing Intern will support day-to-day activities that drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention for ByteQuest’s products and services. This is an internship role. The position is hybrid, based in Recent Delhi, with some work-from-home flexibility. Daily responsibilities include assisting with growth experiments and campaigns, analyzing performance data, supporting sales and marketing initiatives, and coordinating with cross-functional teams on projects.



The intern will help research target audiences, prepare marketing materials, track key metrics, and contribute ideas to optimize funnels and improve user experience.
Qualifications
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data, identify trends, and support data-driven decisions.
• Effective communication skills for clear written and verbal interaction with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Interest or experience in growth hacking and digital experimentation to test and scale marketing initiatives.
• Basic understanding of sales processes and comfort supporting outreach, lead nurturing, and pipeline activities.
• Foundational project management skills to organize tasks, manage timelines, and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment, balancing in-office collaboration in New Delhi with independent work from home.
