EaseMyTrip.com is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Private Client Manager - Luxury Travel & Experiences to build and manage relationships with High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNIs), Ultra-High-Net-Worth Individuals (UHNIs), entrepreneurs, business leaders and affluent families.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in luxury travel sales, private client relationship management and delivering bespoke international holiday experiences. This role goes beyond traditional travel bookings, focusing on personalized travel planning, premium concierge services, exclusive experiences and long-term client relationships.
The selected candidate will be responsible for acquiring high-value clients, driving revenue growth, delivering exceptional service and positioning EaseMyTrip as a trusted luxury travel partner for discerning travellers.
Roles and Responsibilities:
• HNI & UHNI Client Acquisition: Identify, approach and acquire high-net-worth individuals, business owners, senior executives and affluent families to expand EaseMyTrip's luxury travel clientele.
• Private Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with premium clients by understanding their travel preferences, lifestyles and expectations while ensuring personalized attention and confidentiality.
• Bespoke Luxury Holiday Planning: Design and sell customized international holidays featuring luxury resorts, private villas, premium cruises, exclusive destinations and unique travel experiences.
• Luxury Concierge & Lifestyle Services: Coordinate premium travel-related services, including private aviation, yacht charters, VIP airport assistance, luxury transportation, fine dining reservations and exclusive experiences through trusted partners.
• Sales & Revenue Generation: Achieve and exceed individual revenue, gross profit and conversion targets by proactively generating leads, converting enquiries and maximizing repeat business.
