Job Overview
We are looking for a proactive and confident Influencer Marketing Executive to manage creator partnerships from initial scouting to final campaign coordination. The role involves identifying suitable creators based on brand requirements, communicating campaign briefs, conducting calls, negotiating commercials,



maintaining creator relationships, and coordinating payment terms.
The ideal candidate should have strong communication and negotiation skills, a valuable understanding of social media creators, and the ability to build long-term professional relationships.

Key Responsibilities
• Creator Scouting: Identify and shortlist suitable influencers and content creators based on brand briefs, target audiences, niche, engagement, content quality, and campaign objectives.
• Brand Brief Understanding: Understand campaign requirements and recommend creators who align with the brand's image, budget, and goals.
• Creator Outreach: Contact creators through calls, emails, and messages to discuss potential brand collaborations.
• Negotiation: Negotiate creator fees, deliverables, timelines, usage rights, and other campaign terms within approved budgets.
