Role Description The Event Coordinator volunteer will support the planning and delivery of events and initiatives that advance AASHRAYA Foundation’s mission in South Delhi.



This hybrid role involves coordinating logistics for community events, outreach activities, and awareness campaigns, with a mix of on-site responsibilities in South Delhi and some tasks that can be completed from home. Day-to-day activities may include scheduling and organizing events, liaising with partners and participants, maintaining communication with volunteers, and ensuring a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere for all attendees. The role also includes assisting with promotions, managing registrations, gathering feedback, and helping to continuously improve the quality and impact of events. This is a volunteer chance designed for individuals who want to contribute their time and skills to social causes while gaining experience in event coordination.
Qualifications
