Summary




We’re looking for a hands-on Sales Operations & Marketing Operations Manager to build and scale the systems, automation, and processes that power our global go-to-market team.

Salesforce will be at the center of your work. You will own its ongoing architecture, development, and optimization, ensuring it evolves with the business and helps our global sales team operate effectively. You will also manage HubSpot and marketing automation, develop custom integrations, and build AI agents that improve productivity across sales and marketing.

This role is ideal for someone with startup experience who combines robust technical skills with a practical understanding of how sales and marketing teams generate pipeline, convert opportunities, and drive revenue.
