Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram for an Online Education Counsellor. The counsellor will engage with working professionals via online channels to understand their career goals, challenges, and learning needs,
and recommend appropriate courses, programs, and skill-building pathways. Daily responsibilities include conducting online counseling sessions, responding to inquiries, maintaining accurate records in CRM or internal systems, and following up with prospective learners to support decision-making.
