Role Description The Banquet Sales Manager is a full-time, in office role based in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region.



This role is responsible for generating and managing banquet and event sales, including prospecting new clients, responding to inquiries, preparing proposals, and closing sales to meet revenue targets. The Banquet Sales Manager will coordinate with operations, kitchen, and bar teams to plan event details, ensure accurate execution of client requirements, and deliver a high-quality guest experience. Day-to-day tasks include managing client relationships, conducting venue show-rounds, maintaining accurate sales records, forecasting banquet revenue, and supporting the design of banquet packages and promotional offers. The role also involves collaborating on marketing initiatives, attending networking events, and providing post-event follow-up to encourage repeat business and referrals.
