Key Responsibilities
• Business Operations: Lead day-to-day operations, execution and accountability across departments.
• Sales & Revenue: Drive sales performance, pipeline management, conversions and revenue targets.
• Team Leadership: Manage sales, marketing, HR, customer success and operations teams.
• Marketing & Growth: Oversee lead generation, campaigns, customer nurturing and business development.
• Process & Performance: Establish KPIs, SOPs, reporting dashboards and performance reviews.
• Customer Success: Ensure effective onboarding, retention and customer satisfaction.
• Cross-Functional Execution:



Coordinate with product and technology teams to resolve issues and deliver business priorities.

What We're Looking For
• Experience in business operations, general management or commercial leadership.
• Proven experience managing multiple departments and delivering measurable business results.
• Robust commercial understanding of B2B SaaS, software or technology businesses.
• Experience driving revenue growth, operational efficiency and team accountability.
• Excellent leadership, delegation, problem-solving and execution skills.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of business outcomes.
