Role Description The Financial Inclusion District Manager is a full-time, in office role based in Telangana, India. This role is responsible for overseeing financial inclusion operations within the assigned district, ensuring that services reach targeted communities and meet regulatory and organizational standards. Daily activities include managing district-level programs, coordinating with branch staff and partners, monitoring performance metrics, and resolving operational issues. The District Manager will conduct field visits,



provide guidance and training to local teams, support awareness campaigns, and ensure alignment with financial inclusion goals and compliance requirements. The role also involves reporting on progress, identifying gaps, and collaborating with senior management to implement improvements.

• Candidates should possess strong Program Management and Project Management skills to plan, execute, and monitor district-level initiatives.
