Role OverviewWe are seeking a skilled AI/Tech Specialist with experience working with US healthcare organizations to enhance our digital presence and implement AI-powered solutions. The initial project involves modifying and improving our existing website, integrating an AI chatbot, and optimizing our digital platforms to support patient inquiries, appointment requests, and clinic growth.
The ideal candidate will combine technical expertise in AI, web development, automation, and digital optimization with an understanding of US healthcare workflows, patient engagement, and privacy requirements.
Key Responsibilities1.



Website Development & Optimization
• Assess, modify, and enhance our existing website's design, functionality, performance, and user experience.
• Implement website improvements, integrations, and responsive design updates.
• Support website migration or restructuring when required.
• Manage technical aspects such as hosting, security, backups, and ongoing website updates, as agreed upon.

2. AI Chatbot Development & Integration
• Design, develop, and deploy an AI-powered chatbot that can answer patient questions 24/7.
• Configure the chatbot to provide accurate information about services, providers, clinic locations, and frequently asked questions.
• Build workflows that guide website visitors toward appointment requests, booking links, and appropriate staff support.
• Integrate LLM APIs, knowledge bases, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) where appropriate.
• Test chatbot acc
