India | Senior-level role

We’re building MolarBear: person-centred care navigation for dental practices. We support patients between appointments, explaining next steps, coordinating with the practice, and following through until their needs are resolved. Our first service line helps patients move forward on treatment they’ve put off.

This is a zero-to-one build, not a role managing an existing team. You’ll own the full patient journey end to end, including everything upstream of our contact centre, and work directly with the founding team.

What you’ll own
• Design workflows, scripts and escalation paths for covering 2 broad workflows - patient experience and practice outreach.
• Hire, train and manage the frontline team from the first person.
• Recommend the CRM, calling, messaging and AI tooling for the MVP, working directly with the ops team and tech lead on the final call.
• Build quality assurance and coaching into the operation from day one,



since patient trust and dentist reputation are on the line from the first call.
• Lead omnichannel outreach to prospective dental practices, qualify leads, and support onboarding once a practice signs.

You’ll have
• 8+ years in operations, customer experience, or service-delivery leadership, including at least 3 years building or running a team from the ground up (a startup, a new business line, or a function you stood up yourself).
• Direct, personal experience building a contact centre or service operation from scratch, not scaling or inheriting one already running.
• Comfort blending AI tooling with human judgment in patient-facing or customer-facing work.
• A background in healthcare, patient experience, or another high-trust customer setting.
• Genuine comfort with early-stage ambiguity. Scope shifts, and the job is still being defined while you’re doing it.
