We are expanding our team and looking for a Digital Marketing Strategist who can take ownership of client strategy and work closely with our creative and execution teams.
This is not a social media posting role. We are looking for someone who understands how digital marketing connects business objectives, customer behaviour, content, paid media and measurable outcomes.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Strategy and Planning
Understand each client's business, objectives, target audience and competitive landscape.
Develop monthly and quarterly digital marketing strategies.
Define target audiences, positioning, messaging and marketing objectives.
Identify growth opportunities across organic and paid channels.
Content Strategy
Develop content strategies aligned with business objectives.
Create content pillars, campaign concepts and content calendars.
Guide the social media and creative team on what to create and why.
Analyse content performance and continuously improve creative direction.
Performance Marketing
Plan, execute and optimise Meta advertising campaigns.
Understand and manage Google Ads campaigns where relevant.
Develop lead generation and conversion campaigns.
Build retargeting and remarketing strategies.
Monitor campaign performance and optimise based on data.
Lead Generation and Conversion
Develop strategies to generate qualified leads, enquiries and conversions.
Understand Instagram DM, WhatsApp and other lead generation funnels.
Identify bottlenecks between attention, enquiry and conversion.
