Role Description The Social Compliance – Assistant Manager/Officer is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. The role involves implementing and monitoring social compliance standards across manufacturing units, including labor practices, working conditions, health and safety, and environmental guidelines in line with local laws and buyer requirements. Responsibilities include coordinating internal audits, facilitating external compliance audits,



preparing documentation and compliance reports, and tracking corrective and preventive action plans. The role also requires conducting training and awareness programs for employees on social compliance policies, supporting stakeholder communication with buyers and certification bodies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to strengthen ethical, sustainable practices.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong knowledge of social compliance standards, labor laws, and relevant international codes of conduct (e.g., SA8000, SEDEX, WRAP, BSCI).
