Role Description:
The Sales Team Lead is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram, responsible for driving sales performance and overseeing a team of sales professionals. This role involves setting daily and weekly sales targets, monitoring team performance, and providing coaching and feedback to ensure goals are met. The Sales Team Lead will manage key customer relationships, handle escalations, and ensure a high standard of customer service in all interactions.



Day-to-day tasks include analyzing sales data, preparing reports for leadership, coordinating with operations and marketing teams, and implementing sales strategies to increase market penetration. The role also includes recruiting, training, and motivating team members, while fostering a collaborative and performance-focused work environment.
